The Bessers commissioned me to do their first set of family portrait a couple of years back and since then we’ve become fast friends. We have an endless list of things we mutually love to do and talk about. After every conversation and experience together I’m left with wanting to move in next door to this lovely family.

One of the reasons I love them so much is they genuinely enjoy their time with each other. Their greatest gift to me is that they’ve taken me into their family and I often feel like I fit right in and completely immersed in their love for each other. As a family photographer, there is no better place to be. So when we are strolling down one of their favorite places, I am watching them in their ease and capturing little pieces of them that I know they adore about each other. I hope these images not only do justice to how beautiful they are, but how much I love each of them.
